Getting there isn’t just half the job, it’s half the fun.

The Oakville NDP includes a wide variety of people from all walks of life who want to create a better Canada, and a better world. Our riding association holds regular meetings, public events featuring guest speakers (either online or live), and takes part in the social and political activities in Oakville throughout the year. We also engage with the local media and voters as much as possible.

Democracy works when people do. And to protect the democratic socialist values we hold dear, we cannot sit by and watch. We must be active participants in our political system. This is why the Oakville NDP makes every opportunity to provide openings for volunteers and activists who want to make a difference.
