On Thursday, March 27, Oakville East NDP candidate Hailey Ford held her campaign launch at the UNIFOR Local 707 Galaxy Club. Featured were Oakville West candidate Diane Downey and Hamilton Centre NDP MP Matthew Green, as well as Milton East—Halton Hills South NDP candidate Muhammad Riaz-Sahi and Don Valley West NDP candidate Linnea Löfström-Abary.
Youthful, energetic and ambitious, the candidates are ready to take on Mark Carney, Pierre Poilievre, and their corporate agenda. And only the NDP will stand up to Trump’s tariffs and threats to Canadian independence, and protect the interests of working people.
